Regular self reiki sessions help your body achieve and maintain balance, helps you to calm, relax and restore. Self Reiki offers a truly nurturing way to honor your body, mind and soul.
During this 2-day class you will receive the Level I and Level II Placements. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered including:

-How to give a complete Reiki session from start to finish
-How to conduct a Distant Reiki session and practice
-Teacher Guided Self-Reiki Practice
-Teacher Guided Practice with a Partner
By the end of this class you will be able to confidently provide a complete Reiki session for others and be qualified to practice Reiki.
The manual "Reiki The Healing Touch" by William Lee Rand will be provided. Certificates will be given at the completion of the class.
