Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are not able to accept returns at this time. The only exceptions are for items that arrive damaged or that are found to be defective.

If your items arrived damaged or are defective in any way, please email us at amy@ceibaholistica.com within 5 days of the receipt of your package. Please include pictures of the damaged items. We offer free exchange of damaged items or a refund to the original form of payment.
